Spinal Trap:

Back 2 Good  (STB2G)

LEARN ABOUT THE MANY SAFE,

NATURAL, LOW-COST,

FAST-ACTING, EFFECTIVE SOLUTIONS

THAT I USE FOR A REDUCTION OF AND IN SOME SITUATIONS, BETTER RELIEF OF:

disabling severe chronic pain

in my Cervical and Lumbar Spines and Shoulder,

 anxiety, depression,

insomnia, spinal cord pain, muscle pain,

arthritis pain, a rotator cuff tear, bursitis,

brachial neuritis

& neuropathic pain such as sciatica!*

Like all who walk in these shoes,

I was alive without living

thanks to zero quality of life

from all of these chronic conditions** AND the

numerous side effects of prescription drugs commonly given for these deeply painful diagnoses.

Thanks to God, His herbs, and

music meditation,

I got Back 2 Good as naturally as I could by going herbal daily beginning in early 2012.

Doing so allowed me to eliminate 3 of my prescription drugs entirely and vastly reduce usage of the other 7!

What a health victory,

physically and spiritually!

Thanks to reading a Tyndale Life Application Study Bible (NLT) in 2015, I got Back 2 God to heal spiritually in a way that  I had never been prior, because you can't know what you don't know; and until I finally knew Almighty God, Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit personally thanks to Dr. Charles Stanley (In Touch Ministries) and then reading the whole Bible,

I didn't realize that God had let me become physically disabled because I was already spiritually disabled.

If you are alive without living thanks to

any or all of these physically and/or spiritually disabling health conditions

& their mood and mind-altering Rx's,

I created Spinal Trap so that

YOU TOO CAN GET Back 2 Good!

Don't have a lot of money or

health insurance?

All the more reason to learn about the              MANY COMMON LOW COST*

herbs, vitamins, and supplements!

Acupuncture Rocks!

I hate needles, always have.  I LOVE acupuncture, always will!

It is an amazing pain relief modality.

In my experience:

1.  When my neck has been so severely flared up by pain, sometimes my body will not even let the needles enter the  targeted meridian; or, the needle will instantly pop itself out after insertion.  That is normal and not indicative of a bad acupuncturist.

2.  Although everyone in pain (understandably) wants relief NOW, acupuncture can give immediate relief but it can also take a day or two to yield relief.  This is normal and not indicative of a bad session.  In my expert pain patient experience, it is simply indicative of how inflamed your body is when severely flared.

3.  It took me dozens of appointments (5, 6 dozen?) to get back to the best functioning level I could, but it was worth the wait to enjoy natural relief with zero side effects!

4.  The cost of acupuncture is (unfortunately) an out of pocket expense because our health and health insurance system is out of whack and all about money.  Helping people feel their best whenever feasible with natural modalities and herbs vs. meds and surgeries doesn't make the pharmaceutical companies billions.

I was blessed to have the compassionate chiropractor I saw for it, offer a generous discount as well as a payment plan.  That is not typical in today's world.

To show my gratitude, I sent thank you cards a couple of times and made him and his entire office a fresh homemade lunch that I delivered hot out of the oven.  When someone does such kindness for you, be sure to convey sincere appreciation in whatever way(s) you can.

The Dollar Tree sells lovely thank you cards for just a $1 a pack.  Drop it to the front desk person on your way out of an appointment and you will make their day.

The good news is that I am confident that just as insurance companies didn't use to cover chiropractic care, but they have for years now, so too will be the case eventually with effective alternative medicine modalities such as acupuncture.

To date, I have not yet tried Acupressure.

I only speak on Spinal Trap of what I know.

Please check back.

Different Chiropractors

=

Different Acupuncture Methods

As I say throughout Spinal Trap, different medical schools mean different teachings, different time periods also mean different teachings.

When I first began acupuncture it was something I had done dozens of times so I just got used to "the norm" being what was done to me by the first chiro I saw.

He stuck the needles in my injured pain areas, the neck,  low back and right arm.

When I relocated to Austin, I had that chiro refer me to a new one for acupuncture treatments and boy was it an entirely different experience!

Not a bad one mind you, but completely opposite.

Literally.

The new chiro put every needle in and around my feet or hands.

Having done light reading about meridians for reflexology, I understood that there are trigger points in these areas for the entire body so I didn't think it odd at all in that respect; it was just odd because I wasn't used to his method.

Be sure to be open-minded when you see various providers because although they should all have the same goal, giving you pain relief, they will not all arrive there by the same methods.

Think of it like this.

You live on the East coast and want to vacation on the West coast.

You can get there by car, train, or plane.  None of these methods are wrong and each experience will vary, but all will get you to your destination.

That is your big picture goal for measuring your healthcare providers methods:

ARE THEY

GETTING

YOU TO YOUR

HEALTH

DESTINATION?

 Be Grateful, Be Well
